HB 2915 authorized the OCIA to issue bonds to generate proceeds of $500,0000,000 for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation. The proceeds will be used on the state highway and state bridge assets identified as follows: 1)The bridge on U.S. Highway 70 over Lake Texoma; 2) U.S. Highway 81 realignment near Chickasha; and 3)Interstate 35 south of Oklahoma City to the Texas border. The Series 2025A totaling $259,150,0000, was issued in May 2025 with a second series expected in the next few years.
